Musher for a Day

Would you like to join a day trip with a top-trained dog team?

Do you want to go on more than just a short trip, but maybe you're not ready for an overnight stay?

With the Musher for a Day Tour Horisont Husky offers you a great experience where you will learn how to drive a dog sled, hear stories about experiences with the dogs on Europe's longest dog sled route and last but not least have the opportunity to drive a sled.

As guests, you have the opportunity to rent a matching coat, overalls, winter shoes, hats and mittens. You should bring your own underwear, preferably wool and preferably a wool or fleece sweater, it depends. Let us know if you have any special requests. If there is a specific need for clothing we can provide it.

On the way there will be a short stop with coffee and a lunch break. If the conditions are right, we'll build a fire and have fun for an hour before we move on again. We offer packed lunches and drinks and provide cups.
